Gravity Pvt. Ltd. has its own construction team to execute the in-house designed projects - from architectural development, engineering up to interior fit-outs - as per agreed BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Our DBOT (Design-Build-Operate-Transfer) arrangement entails architectural design and layout, engineering (civil, structural, electrical and plumbing), plot maintenance and project management, site supervision, security and handling of materials throughout the duration of construction until final hand over of the project.

We share the project's Gantt. Chart with the client for stage-wise construction with clearly defined timelines and also provide a fool-proof legal guarantee to produce the desired results within stipulated time period.

At the end of the design phase, we sign a comprehensive legal undertaking with the client with respect to mutual responsibilities, duties and penalties, which further depict a binding affect under our contract with the client.

This undertaking may enjoin the client to give approvals, outline priorities, provide complete accurate and reliable information relating to all aspects of the project, ensure compliance of the schedule of fees and expenses.
