This is a commercial building complex situated in a prominent location in Karachi. The building comprises of retail and offices and exclusive parking for both. The diagrid system of structure along the façade reads like an envelope with the building’s habitable surface has been inset from the diagrid to create room for vegetation on the outer side of the building and shade for the inner spaces. The buildings have corners that are chamfered to create an iconic architectural gesture. The two towers of the building complex are placed on top of the podium. The podium acts as an elevated park, with amenities that open out into the clear views of Karachi. The amenities include a walking track and a jogging track.
