Located in Clifton, near Dolmen Mall, the building is G+19. Comprising of offices and shopping below, the form is iconic with an alternating facade with curtain glass cladding and fair faced surfaces. The parking floors are disguised by perforated aluminium panel. The building has stepped terraces, giving the building a unique cascading form.
