Master Planning and Facade Treatments of PAF Complex
This waterfront area, dating back to the British times, when the first water landing strip was engineered by the British in colonial times, is steeped in history and an old world feel. The aim of this project was to revert back to its initial roots of a classic architectural flavour, an elegance that was lost over time.
Buildings new and old are carefully planned and in this master scheme, with careful attention to opening up vistas to carefully placed iconic buildings that are the centre piece of the landscape. Green tree lined avenues lead up to elegant classic buildings, that uplift the whole environment and are a nod to the past, a beautifully crafted intervention that plans to revive, uplift and completely transform the present environment.
