This structure comprises of a shopping, retail and offices. The intention of design was to create a luxurious abode which was influenced by classical architecture, giving you the feeling of a boutique. The podium of the building has been used as an elevated garden space, with a grandiose arcade to amplify the austerity of the space. The water body around the vicinity is to increase scenic views of the place and the roof has been used as a children’s playground.
