This design proposal was a conservative initiative for a one the prominent landmarks of Karachi. The aim of the proposal was a face lift for the entirety of building with the least amount of intervention. Hence to increase durability, the outer surfaces were clad in stone with a geometric modular screen and a pre-fabricated screening system while the internal spaces were reimagined with reducing clutter and maximization of views of the building.
